The evolution story: I started as a conversation designer. Nine years later, that is still my foundation, but the role has grown into something harder to put in a job title. At VOIS I do prompt engineering, build Gen AI automation workflows, and consult on conversation architecture strategy with teams across global markets.
The unusual combination: What makes me useful is the full-stack perspective. I can sit in a design workshop in the morning and write a Python pipeline in the afternoon. I've authored whitepapers, led Centres of Excellence, and shipped production bots, which means I know where designs break in the real world before they're built.
The ambition: Right now I'm most energised by the intersection of Gen AI and conversation design, specifically how RAG, prompt engineering, and LLMs are changing what bots can actually do. That's where I'm building and where I'm looking next.
