The evolution story: I started as a conversation designer. Eight years later, that’s still my foundation — but the role has grown into something harder to put in a job title. At VOIS I do prompt engineering, build Gen AI automation workflows, and consult on conversation architecture strategy with teams across global markets.
The unusual combination: What makes me useful is the full-stack perspective. I can sit in a design workshop in the morning and write a Python pipeline in the afternoon. I’ve authored whitepapers, led Centres of Excellence, and shipped production bots — which means I know where designs break in the real world before they’re built.
The ambition: Right now I’m most energised by the intersection of Gen AI and conversation design — specifically how RAG, prompt engineering, and LLMs are changing what bots can actually do. That’s where I’m building and where I’m looking next.
